Rendering Agency is a California-based studio. Every project is rendered in-house by senior architectural visualization artists on our team — never outsourced to anonymous freelancers or template farms. You'll have one named project lead from intake to final delivery.

You do. On final delivery and payment, full commercial IP and usage rights transfer to you — for proposals, marketing, listings, social, print, anywhere. We retain the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless your NDA says otherwise; if you need full exclusivity, just ask.

Every package includes a defined revision round (unlimited on the monthly retainer). Revisions cover lighting, materials, camera angles, finishes and staging — anything that doesn't require rebuilding the geometry from scratch. Structural rebuilds are quoted separately and always disclosed up front.

If your first render doesn't meet the brief on the first delivery, we either re-render it free until it does — or refund 100% of what you paid for that project. No invoices to chase, no fine print. The guarantee is on the very first project so you can try us with zero risk.

Yes — we sign your NDA before you upload anything, or send our mutual NDA in under an hour. Files move over TLS, sit in encrypted access-controlled storage, and are visible only to the artists assigned to your project. We purge everything within 7 days of your request.

Anything you have — hand sketches, PDF floor plans, CAD/Revit/SketchUp files, photos of the site, material spec sheets, mood boards, manufacturer SKUs. The more spec data you send, the closer the render matches the build.
