Tile & Backsplash

Tile is where renders win or lose trust. We respect grout color, joint width, and lay pattern (running bond, stack, herringbone, basketweave) so what your client sees is what your tiler installs.
Tile patterns telegraph craft. Grout color, joint width, and the way the pattern runs into a corner are the details that separate a custom bath from a builder bath.
Grout color is its own spec — we don't default to white.
Pattern runs respected to corners, niches, and trim — no awkward cuts hidden.
Handmade tile (zellige, cement) gets per-tile variation, not a tiled photo.
