Exterior Rendering · Irvine, CA

Curb appeal your client can see before demo.

Curb appeal is invisible on paper — elevations don't sell, and paint chips don't either. Renders here get attached to HOA submittals, so material palettes must match the approved scheme and exteriors must sit convincingly inside the village's design language.

On the ground

Exterior change here is an HOA conversation before it's a construction one. Village design standards govern palettes, roof materials, even mailbox families — so the render's job is compliance made visible. We draw the new elevation in the approved scheme's actual colors, garage doors and entry doors from permitted styles, and landscape within the association's plant logic. That render goes into the submittal; boards approve what they can see, and generic drawings invite questions that accurate renders answer in advance. Woodbridge and University Park stock takes entry refreshes, window swaps, and drought-forward front yards; Great Park homes mostly customize within tighter recency. The realistic dusk view stays for the client — the daylight compliance view is the one that gets the association's signature.

Straight answers.

Can you render from just an elevation drawing?

Yes — an elevation plus a photo of the existing house is enough. We build massing from your drawing and take material and context cues from the photo.

Do you match real siding, roofing, and window lines?

We render named products: the actual siding profile, the window manufacturer's frame sightlines, the true roof color. Boards and reviewers approve specifics, not vibes.

Can the render show landscaping?

Yes, at concept level: hardscape lines, planting massing, and trees consistent with the region. It frames the architecture without pretending to be a planting plan.

Do you render the typical Irvine housing stock?

Renders here get attached to HOA submittals, so material palettes must match the approved scheme and exteriors must sit convincingly inside the village's design language. That's the standard we hold every Irvine exterior rendering to.

The next bid doesn't have to be imaginary.
