Whole-Home Rendering · San Diego, CA

Full remodels, decided in one sitting.

Full remodels lose momentum room by room — each undecided space is another week of stall. Indoor-outdoor is the whole pitch: sliders and bifolds shown open, patios treated as rooms, and marine-layer light that stays soft instead of blowing out the whites.

On the ground

Whole-home work here usually means taking a compartmentalized ranch and letting the coast in: open the kitchen wall, run one floor from entry to slider, and make the yard visible from the front door. The render set is the argument for that continuity — six views composed along the sightline, one material story from street to patio. North Park character homes flip the brief: the set has to prove new systems and finishes can live inside a Craftsman envelope without erasing it. We hold the palette room to room from your spec book, render the marine daylight consistently, and stage the final view at dusk from the yard looking back — the image that reminds a client why they bought on this coast at all.

Straight answers.

How many views does a whole-home package include?

The Full Floor package carries six renders — typically kitchen, living, dining, primary suite, and two of your choice — composed as one continuous material story.

Can you keep materials consistent across rooms?

That's the point of the package: one flooring run, one metal finish family, one palette, carried room to room so the client approves a home, not a collage.

We're phasing the remodel. Does rendering still help?

Especially then. Clients commit to phase one when they can see where it ends. The render holds the vision while the work is staged.

Do you render the typical San Diego housing stock?

Indoor-outdoor is the whole pitch: sliders and bifolds shown open, patios treated as rooms, and marine-layer light that stays soft instead of blowing out the whites. That's the standard we hold every San Diego whole-home rendering to.

The next bid doesn't have to be imaginary.
